Main Features:
The machine body is of a one-piece steel plate structure with modular design, incl. all main functional components. The stability of the machine is excellent, with efficient and accurate assembly, and gives a reliable guarantee for the exceptional performance during high speed operation.
The design of special quality materials makes the machine a more user friendly operation. A transmission unit with a synchronized belt and wheel is used to reduce noise and enhance speed, accuracy and prolong the machines working life.
All bearings of the machine are imported from Switzerland and Japan. All standard and electric parts are made by reputable manufacturers, for unbeatable quality of the machine, down to the smallest components.

Feeding Section
The feeding section is composed of feeding heads, vibrating motor and stepless speed controller. It ensures stable and smooth feeding of products with the prevention of double-sheet feeding. Feeding speed is adjustable according to quality and thickness of the material, size and type of box to be folded and glued.

Pre-folding Section
The pre-folding section consists of upper and bottom belts, folding belts and folding blades. This section does the 1st pre-fold in 180 degrees and the 3rd pre-fold in 135 degrees.

The special aluminum profile materials are used with special coating on the surface that is hard and light, and designed for easy positioning. It can be adjusted easily as per the requirements of each job.

Crash lock Bottom Folding System
The crash lock bottom folding and gluing are performed by hook and upper gluing roller.
The modular design will allow a retrofit of the back folding process. The adjustment data are calculated with the MK2000H unit

A device for making injection agent boxes is optional.

Lower glue pot unit
The lower glue pot is made with an enlarged design, for accurate glue control, which eliminates glue fly during high speed production and is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.

A mechanical turning upper glue cylinder is used for ease of component installation by the operators.

The German HHS electronic gluing system is optional (2 gluing guns + 2 electric sensors)

Folding Section
This system is for the 2nd and the 4th folding of the carton. It consists of upper and lower pressure belts, folding belt and lower gluing rollers.

Pressing Section
A batch counting control of cartons was developed by MK, with easy operation and accurate counting. A blank alignment device is used for improving product quality and reducing waste.

Delivery System
The boxes are collected and packed in this section. The speed of the delivery belt is fully adjustable to suit the packing of the finished product into boxes.

Man-machine Interface
The interaction of the motor and conveying section is realized with PLC control, automatically checking carton length, operation status and breakdown.
